MICE
PA-GFP-transgenic
This strain has ubiquitous expression of PA-GFP. Randomly inserted transgene using the human ubiquitin C promoter. Useful for photoactivation of cells on a two-photon microscope for downstream flow cytometry or tracking in vivo. Described here. Available from Jax.
Cd40^G5 and Cd40^SrtA (LIPSTIC)
This pair of strains is the basis of our first published version of the LIPSTIC technology. These mice can be used to label interactions between T cells and dendritic cells in vivo. Described here, here, and here. Available from Jax.
Mtor^F2108L (rapamycin-resistant)
This strain carries a point mutation derived from a human tumor that confers resistance to rapamycin. Useful for testing cell-intrinsic roles of mTORC1 (transfer WT cells into F2108L hosts, or vice-versa). Described here and here. Available by request.
Igk^Tag (molecular fate-mapping of antibodies)
Described here. Available from Jax.
Rosa26^uLIPSTIC (Universal LIPSTIC donor/acceptor)
PLASMIDS
LIPSTIC plasmids
Collection of plasmids encoding for different LIPSTIC components for transient expression in cell lines or retroviral transduction of primary lymphocytes. Includes the cognate pair of G5-CD40 and CD40L-SrtA as well as a control membrane SrtA. Available from Addgene.
K-tag standards
Plasmids encoding the heavy and light chains of an antibody to chicken gamma globulin. Light chains are fused with C-terminal Flag or Strep2 tags and can be used to produce tagged antibodies for use as standards for titrating secondary antibodies for K-tag ELISA. Available from Addgene.
Igh bicistronic knock-in
Targeting vector for knocking in antibody heavy and light chains bicistronically into the Igh locus by mouse zygote CRISPR, as described here. Available upon request.
